This is truly the best type of music out there. By far my favorite genre, yet so underappreciated by many. Thank you for being the only radio station in existence that offers such a consistently good mix of chilled out beats. Thanks too, for the lack of commercials, annoying DJs, and LYRICS. I'm a broke college student but I still managed to make a small donation. I also make every one of my Amazon.com purchases through the link on your site. Keep up the good work, and thanks again for making available the greatest beats around!

Hi, I am listening to Ambient Popsicle and almost fell off my seat just now when you played 'Fallen Not Broken' by The Wolfgang Press! That's fantastic, I love the band and have never heard them played "on air" anywhere. This just emphasizes even more why you folks are #1 in my online listening list.

Tim and crew... you've impacted my life and I thank you for it. Your stations are amazing, and my friends think I'm this ultra hip loungy dude because I've always got a Groovera station playing on my Roku. Thank you for continuing to put out some of the coolest tunes on the net!! All the best from the Burgh!!

I've been listening to your station all day at my business (I own a retail store) for the past week since I discovered you. I have it streaming during my business hours. All I can say is "WOW" -- what an amazing find that I came across! I love your selection and it provides a very relaxing joyful mood to my store. Thanks for the music.

I am originally from Los Angeles, Pasadena, CA, to be exact. I listen to an eclectic mix of music, enjoy culture, and art and I have been trying to search it out since I moved to Kansas City a year ago. I have to say I have found it around town, but in my search for good music, since I can't listen to the smooth LA stations anymore, I entered chill out as a search and found [Groovera Chilled Web Radio]. I started listening to it all the time, while studying or just chillin'. I have also listened to stations from around the world to peep some good downtempo. But, seriously, your station is the best station I have heard. Its sticks to its theme of Chill Out like a good writer sticks to her thesis. I love the smooth sounds that come out of Seattle-from you. Keep it Mellow. Peace

This is by far the most excellent radio station that I've ever heard. I'm surprised that broadcast radio stations have not adopted a format such as this. I guess you're just a little ahead of the times. Groove On.

Splendid! Better than Netmusique or Radiopellenera among them. Got winamp with mp3pro, finally got it to load as default (associations and the shout switch). Am a lover of bossanova/70sRnBjazz/acidjazz/chill so am pleased to find of you. Have been writing all I know to tell. Oh and winamp has one visualization that is totally 60s Barbarella! Peace and thanks, Don

Just an idea: Though I very much enjoy the current selection of music, it would be nice if [Groovera Chilled Web Radio] had a function that allowed listeners to rate the track currently being played. Publishing statistics from this voting, e.g. the top 50 tracks of the last week/month/quarter, would be even better. You can even use this information to remove the (admittedly few) low flyers. Keep up the good work! It's greatly appreciated.... Audun

Hi! Since i'm bored to death at work, I would like to let You know I really like what you're doing. The music is great, it has a very nice flow to it. Very good, diversified selection that does not engage me too much but at the same time does not have that dull, backgroundish sound. Keep it up Tim, [Groovera Chilled Web Radio] is the only radio I listen to!

Helo Tim I'v found [Groovera Chilled Web Radio] one year ago when searched for good internet radios and so far it's the best one I ever found. It perfectly serves my purposes: good tranquile music, no news, no DJ babeling. It helped me to endure endless working hours ☺ You did great job with this station and I wish you all the best. Only thing I've noticed during last months, sometimes conection breaks alot but it must be becouse of being victim of own quality - bandwith is expensive and there are many many listeners. Do you have plans to update your service on subscription basics or it will continue to rely on donations? I vould like to have small amount of bandwith reserved for own ears ☺ I order of good wil, even that I cant listen your radio due to connection probs, I tried to wire you 50$ from my CC via PayPall, but my payment could not pass verification, becouse I am from Croatia and PayPall does not have our country listed :( I am still willing to wire you same amount just tell me how. Cheers and keep on good work ☺

I want to thank you for such a great station. Ive been a fan of lounge format web radio for a few years now, and when I heard of your station, I was convinced it would be more or less like the others, kitschy and at par. But I was bored one day and put you on, I mean you are located in America after all! No doubt I was impressed. You guys are SERIOUS about yours. Ive never heard lounge format radio so good! I was impressed at the mix of dub, jazz, and overall chill out beats, all staying within a tightly controlled gravity. I hit y'all up with some bank to cover some expenses. Thanks again. W.

Hello! Seattle expat now living in Romania, here. LOVE your station. I wanted to point out one tiny detail. When you click on "Listen Now" it specifies WinAmp or Windows Media Player. I think you might want to consider adding iTunes (with a link to the same pls files as the Llama). Normally, I'd be in the silent minority as I know your stream works with my player anyway. But iTunes is popular... and people aren't so bright. Best of luck!

I've been listening to downtempo for several years, mostly via the net. Some good some not so good. Yours tops them all. I mostly appreciate not hearing the same songs played over and over again. Great station! ...quality that I like to listen to - all day long. Thanks for those smothin' moments.
I've just read your article about the computer to hifi connection. Here in Europe we would have alos another great solution. Believe me I'm not part of their company or business, but I'm a happy music lover and very content with this solution...
www.devolo.com - MicroLink dLAN Audio Starter Kit Audio/EthernetVery easy to install and handle. Uses existing houshold power circuit as a network. Both computer and hifi are next to a power connector. ;-)
Maybe, it's worth an update of your article. In Europe most countries do not allow to send FM-signals in the public without any license.
Tim Quigley: Thank you for the tip, Rolf! For those readers familiar with X10 technology (I use it personally to control my lights), what Rolf has recommended works by the same principle. I am going to have to check this out myself!
